INCREASING RAPE CASES AND JAIL BAIL SYSTEM IN INDIA

'Treat woman with respect and dignity because one day someone will do the same with your daughter and wife.'

Well 'RAPE' it's not just the word it's a kind of sensation which we all can feel while pronouncing this word. But when I have to talk about it I would like to say it's a bunch of humiliation, sexual violence, inhuman behavior, angriness and much more.

I am not gonna talk about the history of rape case or violence because we all are well introduced with it. but it's high time to think beyond or out of the box.

So, Now the question which is rising in our mind that what can we do in this condition? We must know about the root of this brutal rape cases that why it is increasing day by day?

I hope we all remember the rape case of 'Nirbhaya' on 16 December 2012 in Manirka, the victim changed name (Damini) a 23 year old girl gangrape by six other boys in the bus. It was totally against humanity case but police, law, government, media and other people who were supporting criminals. Nirbhaya took seven year to get justice. on 7 January, 2020 a death warrant was issued.

Now you can imagine the power of law and justice in India. This is the main reason why criminals are becoming powerful without any fear because they know the the 'Jail Bail system' and they strongly believe in the jail bail system. More than justice, law, media and Government.

Currently one more case in the sensation 'Hathras gangraped'. The 19 year old girl was allegedly raped by 4 upper caste man in Hathras district in Northern India. She was grievously injured and died in a Delhi Hospital on Tuesday after fighting for her life for two weeks. Again people are responding the same on the situation that is # rape #Tweet # Repeat. Stop doing this over and over again.

वैसे 'RAPE' यह केवल एक शब्द नहीं है, यह एक तरह की सनसनी है, जिसे हम सभी इस शब्द का उच्चारण करते हुए महसूस कर सकते हैं। लेकिन जब मुझे इसके बारे में बात करनी होगी, तो मैं यह कहना चाहूंगा कि यह अपमान, यौन हिंसा, अमानवीय व्यवहार, गुस्सा और भी बहुत कुछ है।

मैं बलात्कार के मामले या हिंसा के इतिहास के बारे में बात करने वाला नहीं हूं क्योंकि हम सभी इसके अच्छी तरह से परिचित हैं। यह समय पुराने ख्यालात ओ से बाहर निकलने का है।

तो, अब जो सवाल हमारे मन में उठ रहा है कि हम इस हालत में क्या कर सकते हैं? हमें इस क्रूर बलात्कार के मामलों की जड़ के बारे में पता होना चाहिए कि यह दिन-प्रतिदिन क्यों बढ़ रहा है?

मुझे आशा है कि हम सभी को 16 दिसंबर 2012 को मणिरका में हुए निर्भया के बलात्कारका मामला याद होगा, पीड़िता बदला हुआ ना (दामिनी) एक 23 वर्षीय लड़की से बस में छह लड़कों द्वारा सामूहिक बलात्कार किया था। यह पूरी तरह से मानवता के मामले के खिलाफ था, लेकिन पुलिस, कानून, सरकार, मीडिया और अन्य लोग जो अपराधियों का समर्थन कर रहे थे। निर्भया को न्याय मिलने में सात साल लग गए। 7 जनवरी, 2020 को डेथ वारंट जारी किया गया।

अब आप भारत में कानून और न्याय की शक्ति की कल्पना कर सकते हैं। यही मुख्य कारण है कि अपराधी बिना किसी निष्पक्ष के शक्तिशाली बन रहे हैं क्योंकि वे 'जेल जमानत प्रणाली' को जानते हैं और जेल में जमानत प्रणाली में दृढ़ता से विश्वास करते हैं। न्याय, कानून, मीडिया और सरकार से ज्यादा।

वर्तमान में सनसनी 'हाथरस गैंगरेप' में एक और मामला। 19 वर्षीय लड़की को कथित तौर पर उत्तरी भारत में हाथरस जिले में 4 उच्च जाति के व्यक्ति द्वारा दोहराया गया है। दो सप्ताह तक अपनी जिंदगी से लड़ने के बाद मंगलवार को दिल्ली के एक अस्पताल में वह गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गईं और उसकी मृत्यु हो गई। फिर से लोग इस स्थिति पर पुराने तरीकों से गुस्सा जता रहे हैं जिसका परिणाम कुछ नहीं होता जैसे # बलात्कार # ट्वीट # रिपीट है। हमें बदलाव की जरूरत है स्वीट और हेस्टैक करने से यह समस्याएं खत्म नहीं होंगी
